Hard part was getting the valve stem seals on the exhaust valve guides. That isn't normally that hard (most slide on by hand) but these were metal with a teflon coating (I think) and were a dick and a half to get on.
A normal compressor doesn't fit inside the intake tappet bore, so using some epic strength, a Nike Dunk Mid, and a special Alfa valve spring compressor, I got the springs installed in like 15 minutes. Not bad.
Need to set valve lash (shims...grrr) and then heads will go on the block this weekend. Then Alfa sounds. Mmm.

1/4 " or 3/8" deep socket upside down makes a nice driver depending on the stem

14mm in this case but even that wasn't enough. Bought the guides and seals from IAP but they kept getting tilted, even with the valve stems there to guide them.
